Buying Office
Our goal has always been to provide the best of competence in buying.
Based on the definition of the Retailer’s target clientele, we select the existing proposals on the market in order to create a portfolio of Brands and define balanced groups of products, reporting to customers prices, trends, news and samples that will compose an accurate Buying plan within the assigned budget, to achieve the maximum seasonal sell-through via an analytical monitoring of key KPIs.
Thanks to our networking and direct and exclusive relationship with leading companies and luxury brands, we offer assistance to groups, chains and stores thanks to a service that includes sourcing, merchandising, negotiating and follow up.
Stock End Of Season
Our services include professionalism and consultancy regarding close-out purchases.
We support our customers to select the best sellers and carry over. We guarantee the assortment of sizes, styles and colours and the quality of products preservation.
We deal with authentic luxury brand products that come directly from brands, distributors or retailer chains.
Special Production
AP ITALIAN LUXURY works in synergy with the brands or with those who hold the licenses, to plan and preorder special productions. We are able to schedule orders in advance or work on goods available in stock.
Product Management & Private Label
We are able to manage and coordinate the Made in Italy production of tailor-made clothing for designers and brands. After an initial brief, we will manage to develop the clients request from the concept to the finished product.
With our knowledge and experience in product management, we are able to provide advice on conformity of the relevant standards, incorporating unique colours and design features.
AP ITALIAN LUXURY is able to understand the creative and the research process and therefore plan, organize and manage an entire product production cycle. The research of the right Italian factories and manufactures for a product line requires the ability to understand materials and details in every phase of construction, while incorporating a relevant degree of design sensitivity.
Quality Check
AP ITALIAN LUXURY at the headquarters in Torrita di Siena has about 350 square meters divided into offices and a specific area dedicated to quality control of goods and photos of the products.
Quality control is a very important process of our business, so we check every single piece to verify the conformity of the goods and packaging, with photographic reports.
The packaging of the products, except for our customers’ directives, is carried out according to the best packaging practise and sealed with anti-burglary tape, strapping and customized tape.
Items that do not pass the quality control are excluded and removed from the sale.
Export Networks Development
AP ITALIAN LUXURY operates in partnership with the leading brands for the strategic development of exports in international markets. In particular, we are experts in providing brand-specific business integration support services in countries agreed upon and planned in advance.
This allows Brands to find and select the most targeted retailers and industry operators with whom AP ITALIAN LUXURY has dealings.
